The suite is just steps away from cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, bookstores, spas and many other shops.
It’s well located in a delightful vibrant neighbourhood, and within easy walking distance to public transportation. Bus routes include # 2, 4, 7, 9, 14, 16, 22, 44 and the express 99, making it easy to get to UBC or downtown. There is plenty of free street parking.
We’re also located within a 5-minute walk to the ocean, beaches, tennis courts and parks. Great bike/running/walking paths are everywhere for outdoor enthusiasts.
The suite contains 1 double bed, private bathroom with shower only, and a small kitchenette. The bedroom has all the linens, a digital alarm clock, closet and dresser. The entrance of the bedroom has limited clearance (six feet). We provide towels for the bathroom. The living room contains a comfortable sofa, and TV and DVD. Wifi is available. There is also a small eating table. The kitchenette contains a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, small fridge, French press coffee maker, dishes, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery. Hot plates are not allowed. Private ground floor entrance.
Towels and linen will be changed bi-weekly.
The suite is suitable for 1 or 2 people.
No smoking, No pets, Mature and Considerate guests only.
The owner lives on site.
Rates
$630 per week
$2250 per month
One week minimum
Calendar
· 50% Security deposit due upon booking (maximum based on first month) – non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in
· Remaining 100% is due at time of check-in
· Security deposit will be returned to you on your last day if the suite is left in original condition.
Payments are to be in Canadian Dollars by Interac Email Transfer or cash.
Pay Pal or credit card available with a 5% service charge.
